If you are looking
for a brand-new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Florida vacation rental
home in a tranquil PGA Championship golf course setting with
a secluded, screened private pool, then look no further! Our
vacation rental home is only 16 minutes from Disney and the
rest of the theme-parks that Orlando has to offer and comfortably
accommodates up to eight people.
This villa with private Screened pool,
situated in the lovely golfing community of Southern Dunes
is in a peaceful location and yet has the advantage of being
located on Hwy. 27, and is within walking distance of Super
Wal-Mart, two other supermarkets, Blockbuster Video Store,
gas station, fast food chains, restaurants and more. Disney
is only a 16 minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4
and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions
the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast
and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre
and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. |

Enjoy gated access, a renowned Golf Digest
4 star rated Championship Golf Course and be reminded of
the great traditional links of Great Britain. Rated 78th
course in the country, by Golf Week Magazine 2000. There
is a club house, with bar and restaurant, three swimming
pools, tennis courts, park, playground and party facilities.
All these facilities are for use by visitors.
The villa is in a quiet location, and has
ample parking for cars. All crockery, cutlery, towels and
linens are provided and included in the rental price is
a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our
management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry
area with separate washer and dryer.

Kitchen
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all you will need for
home comforts, including a dishwasher, electric cooker, full
sized fridge-freezer, toaster, micro-wave, etc. etc. Beside
the kitchen is the Nook which is handy for breakfasts and
casual dining. There is also a breakfast bar with high stools.
Family Room
The family room has a remote control cable
television, together with a DVD player. After a day at the
theme-parks, come back and relax, watch TV, hire a DVD or
just kick off your shoes and relax.

Dining Area
The dining room area is open plan, and has
formal seating for six.
Master Bedrooms
There are two master-suites with en-suite
bathrooms. They have queen-sized beds with walk-in closet,
night-tables, lamps and clock radio. The en-suites have
bath, shower, toilet, and vanity unit.

Twin Rooms
There are two further bedrooms each with two single beds.
Both have a nightstand, reading lamp, built in wardrobes (with
plenty of space) and there is a second bathroom next to these
bedrooms, again containing vanity unit, toilet, bath, and
shower.
Pool
The pool area has a sun deck area complete
with patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfasting after
a morning swim. There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing.
The pool is 26’ x 12’ and can be heated when required.
There are poolside child-safety barriers available.
